Many punching workers who have just taken up their posts feel very good to operate when they see the punching machine. However, they do not realize that the punching machine is also a relatively dangerous kind of mechanical equipment. It is also essential to master the operation specifications of the punching machine in quantity. Today we will summarize the basic operation specifications of the punching machine for everyone.
One, before the boot
1) Be sure to prepare personal protective equipment and tools for work.
2) Remove the items not related to work piled up around the punch, and make the environment clean and tidy.
3) Blanks or workpieces are neatly stacked and ready to be filled.
4) Check the shift handover record and pay attention to the questions raised.
5) Check whether the fasteners on the punch are fastened.
6) Check whether the electrical grounding protection is reliable.
7) Check the running parts for dirt, if any, wipe off immediately.
8) Add lubricating oil to the punch according to the equipment oil filling diagram and its requirements, and check whether it is injected.
9) Check whether the air pressure in the air pipeline is appropriate and whether the pipeline leaks.
10) Check whether the parts of the mold used are cracked or damaged, whether the installation and adjustment of the mold are correct and reliable, and then inject oil into the lubricating part of the mold.
11) Check the process documents and pay attention to the relevant matters specified in the documents.
Second, after the boot
1) Turn on the power supply, after the flywheel is at full speed, make the punch empty for several times, check whether the clutch, brake and control system are sensitive and reliable, pay attention to whether the bearing bush gap, slider gap and guide rail gap are abnormal, test whether the safety protection device of the punch is effective, pay attention to whether the flywheel rotation direction is correct, and pay attention to whether the mold working condition is normal.
2) Try to blunt several stamping parts, and submit them to the inspectors for inspection after self-inspection. After passing the test, they will be produced according to the requirements of the task notice.
3) Two people work on the same punch at the same time. They should have a clear division of labor, cooperate and coordinate to avoid action errors.
4) In case of any of the following situations, the machine shall be shut down immediately
① Quality problems of the workpiece.
② The workpiece or scrap is stuck in the die. There is more than one blank on the die. There is waste on the die that has not been removed.
③ There is abnormal sound in the operation of the punch.
④ The switch is ineffective, the pedal is laborious, the slider leads or lags or automatically falls after stopping, the running part heats up and the triangle leather wheel slips, etc.
Three, after the work is finished
1) Disengage the clutch and turn off the power.
2) Remove sundries from the worktable, arrange and send away workpieces and waste materials, wipe the punch and mold, and apply protective oil to the parts that need rust prevention on the surface.
3) Make shift handover records.
